    As a body scrub: Gently Apply the scrub to your body in circular motion. Rinse and pat dry. As a foot soak/bath soak: Add 1-4 tablespoons of the scrub to warm water. Let it sit for a few minutes. Soak in the foot or body in the tub for 10015 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
