How to use

Step

Start with the forehead. Keep the tool flat against the face and glide in an upward motion from the eyebrows to the hairline.

Next move onto the cheeks & glide in an outwards motion starting from the outer part of the nose up until the ear.

For the under-eye area, with very light pressure glide the Gua Sha from the inner corner of the eye, under the brow towards the temple. Repeat on the lower part.

Last for the jawline, use the end of the tool w/ the two curves. Start at your chin & glide up to the ear. Gently massage the tool at the end to help release any jaw tension
